The American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (www.AMATYC.org) conducts a mathematics contest every year, called the AMATYC Student Math League. One test is given in the fall and one in the spring. Participating colleges are divided into eight regions. New England colleges are in the Northeast region.
NEMATYC recognizes those Northeast region schools and students that are in the NEMATYC service area.
